ALERT DISASTER CONTROL is an international Emergency Response and Integrated Risk Management Solutions Service Company. The Company’s operations encompass the provision of Oilfield Firefighting and Blowout Control; Well Control Engineering and Project Management; Marine and Industrial Firefighting; Hazardous Material Control; Integrated QHSE Management; Safety and Survival Training; Toxic Environment Protection; Fire and Safety OEM and Product Sales.

The Company serves the aviation, chemical, construction, marine, medical, military, mining, offshore, petroleum exploration and production, petrochemical, power and transportation industries, worldwide.

THE ALERT DISASTER CONTROL GROUP OF COMPANIES

ALERT DISASTER CONTROL (CANADA) INC. was incorporated in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in the mid - 1980’s. The Company’s initial scope of service entailed the provision of emergency response services to the Canadian oil and gas industry. The Canadian offices continue to be utilized for sales and marketing interests with our Canadian based customers. Through assessment of historical oilwell firefighting and blowout control services, Michael E. Allcorn, having lived and worked the majority of his life abroad, identified a global requirement for the provision of regional Emergency Response Services. In particular, the regions of Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia / Pacific. In addition to the development of expedient response services, the Company, through analysis of industries tendency to apply reactive resources only at the time of an actual incident, saw an industry wide requirement for the provision of proactive risk management services.

ALERT DISASTER CONTROL (ASIA) PTE. LTD. was incorporated within the Republic of Singapore in December 1988. The Company’s scope of operations included the continued provision of emergency response services, in addition to the implementation and progressive development of an entire range of risk management solutions services. The Singapore offices currently serve as the Company’s base of operations for global activities.

ALERT DISASTER CONTROL (US) INC. was incorporated within the United States of America in 1992.Through offices located with Houston, Texas, the Company offers the full range of integrated risk management solutions and specialized services to a broad range of esteemed clients involved with international petroleum exploration and production, home security, space and aeronautical industries.

ALERT DISASTER CONTROL (MIDDLE EAST) LTD. was incorporated in early 2001 with representative offices located within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This facilities scope of operations encompass the full spectrum of the Company’s emergency response and integrated risk management solutions services thereby serving the regions and associated countries of the Arabian / Persian Gulf, Caspian Sea and North Africa.

ALERT DISASTER CONTROL (RUSSIA) LLC. was incorporated in 2005 with representative offices in Moscow and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Island. The facilities serve to support our customers throughout the Russian Federation through the provision of emergency response and integrated risk management solutions services.

ALERT maintain an integrated management system encompassing quality, health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to the standards set forth by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, as audited and certified by Det Norske Veritas.
